Apply QP Stop-Action Neutralizing Shampoo to wet hair. Work into rich lather. If lather is pink, relaxer remains in the hair. Rinse lather and reapply. When lather is white, rinse thoroughly and condition with QP Intense or DPR-11 depending on condition of hair.
